New Strain

    Hi I was wondering how do I protect myself from someone trying to claim a new Strain I produced as their own?

    You can't, copyright laws don't cover strains

    @GoldGrower I understand stand that so once I put my strain out here do you think someone would try to claim it?

    I doubt it mate, there are thousands of strains out there. Yours would have to be on par with strains from massive breeders like Dutch Passion and Dinafem for anyone to take notice
