I know, I think I had a hydroponics ph, but is all fixed to a 6.5 ph. My lady was suffering, the leafs were shriveling up and dying slowly. I don't recommend a 5 ph not even a 4 for soil watering lol. 6 and up seems to work fine with me.
And as far as the watering goes, I like to do it right as I turn my lights on. And you could use molasses when you run out of Bud Candy. All these companies market molasses with some micronutrients and kelp meal as like some new thing, but just get soe molasses and Earth Juice microblast. What the molasses does is acts as a chelator, which helps the plant absorb certain minerals that it usually has trouble pulling in. It also gives extra sugars and carbohydrates to your plant, as well as feeding the microorganisms in your soil. Feeding your soil is just as important as feeding your plant.
Well, not much considering this strain, if grown in the right environment can yield maybe even close to a pound, and because this little plant went through a lot of stress during veg an some (not much) first week of flower, I want close to an ounce. That would be really great. I'm using Fox Farm Big Bloom and Tiger. Also Bud Candy. Watering Fox Farm bloom and tiger Once a week and Bud Candy Every week for 6 weeks. 4 tbls/ Gal. of Big Bloom 3 tsp/ Gal. of Tiger 2 tsp/ Gal of Bud Candy

Yeh this trainwreck is really starting to fattern up now . just been giving plain ph`d water and every 3rd watering been giving 25ml canna flores , drop super vit and a T spoon mollasses . She full of cristles , As for my kalash`s they are DRIPPING with crystles , apserlutly soaking wet , hope your licking your lips ,,,, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

c9 , ur plant is looking well , why are you flushing at end of week ???? . Also your saying only days till harvest ?????? That plant probs still have a good 6 -7 weeks left yet . I would also bang atleast a 400w hps in there and use ur cfl`s as supplimenting light for lower buds , but then again a 400w would proberly penetrate all your plant as it isnt very tall , you will notice a great deal in growth and bud formation , im by no means an expert in growing weed but like to share my experiance`s and thought with fellow bud enthusiasts . Will post some pics of Trainwreck and 1 kalash later this afternoon as they need a drink today ... Been 4 and 5 days respectfully since these had a drink last . Think they gonna fucking love this drink ..
\why flushing, they are not even close to finishing?!? They look great however, so good work, but I would switch over to HPS if you want huge yields. Just my 2 cents, good luck! TGT
You can flush for multiple reasons than just finishing. If you flush your plants every few weeks, it helps you get rid of all the salt built up from the nutrients, and helps your plant pull in more. And as far as the CFLs go, I watched a friend of mine pull an ounce and a half off of two plants using only three lights. They kick so much ass for the amount of energy they use, but I like my HPS lamps. But I have been considering the CFLs for supplemental growth on mine. I would imagine it would help a lot.
I just can't wait to smoke that baby up so I try to make myself think harvest time is close. I should have said "weeks close to harvest". FLushing helps to a good smooth smoke. If people flush just once a few days before harvest, flushing three times would ease the smoke pretty good. Just though that all the nutrients accumulate by the end of flowering and might take a little more work to flush them out. Trippy and Green... If there was a way to use hps without a ballast it would be great since I'm waaaay down in budget. But yeah, hps light would be the SHIT to use! thanks for sharing, i probably would have used all the cfls and hps if I would have gotten one. I need to lower them electric bills. haha
Rocky . I know a flush is good but like he said , that he was close to harvest , which he already stated he should of said ( weeks close to harvest ,) and if he using organic there is little need for flush .
heres a few pics of trainwreck and couple pics kalash , pics 1 and 2 are TW pics 3,4,5 are kalash the TW pics the buds are about 6,7 inches long and bout 3-4 inches fat and the good thing is that there is 11 of these tops and about 20 -25 nuggetts dotted around the inside of the plant , on day 48 of flower , soppose to be 55 - 60 day flower , trichomes at the min are 90% cloudy 10% clear , going to have another look in few days see what they like then but this baby girl has served her time , just really love the way this plant grows , claxyles are like the size of fucking hail stones , really beuitifully formed . Coated in white resin . Kalash`s are doing really well also , carnt really tell by pics but pic 3 is just couple tops of plant , there is actually 8 of these but couldnt fit in pic , they are fucking rock hard , totally drippling and soaking wet with tricombes, think these may need to go 9 -10 week like , they just seem to be all bud , nice and dense , again tricombes are about 70% cloudy 30% clear , hope you people enjoy these pics as much ive enjoyed growing them , will post more pics next week ,
nice man they look great! How is your soil PH? I'm having problems with acidity, around 4 and 5. I already gave my kalash 4 tbls of organic Dolomitized lime yesterday. The PH might have gone up a little bit but is doing it really slow. I don't wanna spend $ in another ph tester btw... For right now is just too tight in the pockets. Should I put more lime? How do you guys raise pH soil level? Should I just wait what happens with tomorrows pH test? Whats the meaning of life?... I'd really appreciate all of your helpp!
