when a newborn seed first starts to sprout I've read that HPS lamps are too strong and instead should be put under fluro's for the first week or so.Thing is I am unable to find anywhere that says what sort of wattage fluro's I should be using.Can anyone ''enlighten'' me? Cheers
25 too a 40watts will do...... some people had actually grown under hps with new born seedlings but u will need a really good ventilation and keep temp down too 70-80degrees... but with the fluro's u get the avantage of leaveing the lights just inches away from the leaves witch it will give short bushy plant.....latezzz..
