I'd go for a viparspectra 300, it's basically the same as a Mars 300 but with ir and uv.

Ledgle 300w full spectrum LED...it's got 6 watt diodes and a switch for veg and Bloom stages for optimal spectrum for each phase

 

I just purchased the Mars 300. I have them in one tent looking after two plants.

So far I have no complaints. Just My $0.02.
