My plants have been flowering for a few weeks and today I notice a fresh set of fan leafs shooting out of a few plants with two tops...is that normal...my plants floating seemed to slow down about a week ago because of nute burns so I flushed out the soil and everything has been good since besides the new growth is that a bad thing?
