I have a Medicali hammer like that. I LOVE Medicali glass - very very sturdy and not all that common for the most part. IMO the weed star looks to childish. I'd go with the Medicali if it was me personally. The Grav Labs is ok I guess, it appears to have a nice downstem compared to the normal slit diffusers in my bubbler.
