Never seen a beetle indoors before???

  1. Okay, so I've got a few seedlings on the go, coming up at around 11/2 weeks and I saw a bug on the skunk. It wasn't mites, it actually was a beetle. I am using a no soil mixture (peat moss, perlite etc...). It was store bought. I checked and there is a resinous liquid left by the fucker , up the stock and onto the leaf.
Mainly I'm here asking if he is anything to worry about, and if so how to I get rid of him, and hoping there ain't a nest within??

Any info will be much appreciated.
