Neutral Rep From A Member with 5 Light Green Bars?

    So 10 bars total and still giving neutral rep?

    I've never seen that before... But the way the rep system works, I know it's some kind of formula involving post count/join date/rep received, so it's possible that they just accumulated the rep really fast and don't have a long enough join date and/or post count to give +rep yet. :confused_2:

    ^that must be it. i just checked.. he only has like 400 posts
