never stops barking from 7pm=7am its 3:34 right now cant sleep i can hear it all the time...asked my neighbor three times about it and he said he would take care of it. what can i do call animal control or what? edit:he is gone for about 70% of the year as well
You can call the police. They can charge them with disturbing the peace and they can take their dog to the pound. That's only if you pursue it that much
