yea the 200+ par compared to those mehizi will really brighten up your tent with a really good spectrum

yup i recommend a long veg time tho if you want good yield like but with a small space i grew a sativa strain i had 30 inches from the lights only and the one plant strectched all the way to the lights and the were bushy just depends on strain and pheno
