hey just want some advice on stuff to do w/ limited weights, all that is available are dumbells up to only50lbs and i just need some things i can do w/ them as far as upper body workout. i can press the 50lbs weights sets of like 15 at least 5 sets so that def isn't enough weight.
Try doing a cardio circuit. Pick like 6 different exercises and do 20 reps of all 6, rest for 2 minutes and repeat. That's what a trainer had me doing once because I told him I wanted to get lean, not bulky.
