I planted my seedlings over a month ago and they're still very small, maybe 2 inches tall and leaves not even an inch long due to issues with really low temp in a cold basement and light burning when I tried led. Now they are healthy again, but I'm waiting for them to grow to at least a foot tall so I can clone to tell sex. What I'm wondering is should I keep my 600w cfl Lights 5-6 inches away like they are now, or should I raise the light more so the plants want to to stretch up more?
Imo the less stretch the better, and the closer the light, means less stretch. Especially important if they stay indoors. dilligaf
