this is my first grow i have a plant someone gave me. so i built a box with 2 cfl's on top and a fan.not sure what the strain is .i left for a week and my plant went mad it grew like mad i got home it was 3' from the top of the box the box is 14x 20 x36' tall so i took the plant out put a ladder over it and hung a 250 watt hps lite and 2 150 watt cfl's down low for added lite what the hell ...it has been in 12/12 for 10 days its a fem looks great. so after all that i guess my question is should i plan on adding ferts?or if its not broke dont fix it? i had transplanted it to a three gal. pot used half peete half potting soil since i moved it under the ladder two days ago it has grown two inches should i do anything? or just sit back and feel lucky...
you could add ferts, but it would ony be for a little extra push. Your plant will be fine with or without ferts...its really up to you if your willing to risk giving them fert burn or not.
