So my pant is just 4 days old and I’m really concerned what going on the my plant is it dying ? any tips would be helpful
Why is this in smoking accessories? Isn't this section about rolling papers and bowls and stuff? anyhow, yes your seedling is dying because the soil is too rich and too wet. Screamin hot and it will dry up and die. You need to plant the seed in low (or no) nutrient media, liked charged coco, or seedling starter media, etc. You can try transplanting that sprout into better media, and I would include more drainage material (ie. perlite) in your future media. I suggest you do some preliminary research on growing cannabis. Try some sites like GrowWeedEasy or CocoForCannabis.
