so I got a new IOITE gottin it to work a few times but it hard to get it started am I doing something wrong.
what kind of butane are you using. you should be using a butane thats refined several times like Vector
I live in high altitude and have to do a few tricks on mine to get it to work everytime.... 1. Turn the gas on and wait 30 sec before trying to fire it up. During that 30 sec, hold the unit horizontally while its running. 2. When you click the piezo lighting button, do it more than one time. I usually give mine a nice double click and that bad boy fires right up. 3. another trick I have tried is shaking it a lil. They told me that wasn't the best idea but it did make it work for some reason. 4. And if those things don't work. Turn off for a minute and try again! Hope that helps, Brother!
