Need help on my workout

  1. Hi, for the past 6 months I have been working out pretty routinely about 3-4 times a week and i mix that in with playing basketball for around 2 to 3 hours 3 to 4 days a week. I am 6'1 150 and probably about 10 percent body fat. My main goal for hitting the gym was to get that six pack but I currently had an "inch to pinch". I noticed probably about 3 months into working out my muscles were getting a little more defined and everything but, I still had an inch to pinch on my stomach. I also eat pretty much anything that taste good regardless of how bad it is for me. Any tips on how i can get a lot more toned abs?
