Need Help Getting Back On Track

  2. Damn I just feasted! Ate a plum, 2 tortillas, then rolled a small steak burrito
    All good tho!
    I only ate 1450 calories so far today, and I got 2 more meals left to go
     
  3. Lol so okay, my older brother came over
    And he was high as balls! So he wanted to feast lol, so we both chowdown some burrito thingies
    So I'm at 2300 calories right now -__-
    So I'll just eat a small dinner around 300 calories
    As long as I don't go over 2800 it's all good

    No I mean the bowl was 200 calories
    2300+200= 2500

    Met up with fam at a applebees and I had to pig out

    Today's calorie intake: 5000

    Damage wasn't as bad as I thought itd be :)
    Feel pretty good right now, morale is still up :)
     
  14. I guess that counted as my "every 5 pounds" reward aha

    Uh oh! Tomorrow is thanksgiving :O
