Yeah but they are 14-11-10 days old isn't it too late for doing 20/4 or 18/6 oh and also i noticed in the first 5 days and switched the way i watered
You can switch light schedules in veg, it's doing it once they're flowering that screws things up. If it is overwatering, once the roots recover the plant should follow but they are small, I hope the damage is not too severe.
You don't need to feed them. Looks like a little damage from over watering like you said most likely. Those leaves won't come back so ignore them and watch your new growth. That is looking nice and green except a little bit on the ssh but again don't stress.
