Hey folks, I've got some sheet metal, but not a lot for trial and error. I was hoping to find a template to show where to make the cuts, to make a 3'' reflector that hangs down on each side about 6", at about a 45 degree angle or so. Any ideas?
hmm.. If you cant find a template you could practice with cardboard or something. You'll want 45 degree v's cut in the corners so you can fold down. The tricky part will be where the v's come together as the sheet metal will try to fold up right there. Will take a little practice. Maybe someone around here has what you're looking for GOOD LUCK.
