Need A good running/workout shoe

    i need a good shoe for runnning and working oput any advise?

    I would check out ASIC shoes. There nice for the price.
    I'd only use them for running though.

    My advice is go to a runner's store and get their shoes. They sell premium models and have expert staff who will work with you tirelessly until you get a shoe that feels like it was made for your foot. I got some Newbalance "Baddeley 890s" for 100 bucks from Fleet Feet that fit like a velvet glove and keep my feet and legs feeling good on long runs.
