Alright so I'm in Washington state on the western side. If I have my plant next to a window that gets partial light throughout the day how much artificial light do I need to make up for the lack of light, or do I even need artificial light? The plant is about a month old and a foot tall. Hasn't started flowering yet, I want to get it to flower asap though so I can have a good supply through winter break. Edit:: The only light I have is a lantern that runs on four huge batteries, it has two flourecent tubes inside. I really can't afford to buy a light I'm completely broke I owe people money.
well, you could grow. but your plant will be tiny, slow growing and will probably flower quick. i dont know about the florescent with batteries. how many watts?
