Well 10 Mylar blankets is about 10 dollars while 25 feet from home depot is 30 bucks... Whats the difference? Am I fine just using emergency blankets or should I shell out the 30 to make sure the light distributes evenly.
Emergency blankets aren't made of Mylar. They work alright, but they reflect less light. If you're trying to do it right, buy the Mylar. It'll be worth it in the long run. You can use Velcro to hang it up and it makes it easy to remove and clean. Also emergency blankets rip easily.
