My Weed Plant Needs Help

    My weed plant is 2 weeks old and is getting yellow tipped leaves and not growing

    does your growing medium have nutrients? if so, it could be nute burn
    have you been giving it nutrients? if not, it could be needing nutrients
    picture would be helpful
