So I just bought a Newport zero hand held dab torch and it won't stay lit long enough to even heat up my nail once. My canister of butane is almost empty now and I've barely taken any dabs, I'm pretty positive that isn't normal so what is up? I don't hear a leak anywhere? And there is no sound of the butane leaking while I'm filling it up. It only stays on for 20-30 seconds before it just fades and dies like its out of butane and then won't light again until I refill it. I don't have the receipt for the stupid thing because they never gave it to me and I bought it like 2 months ago, it worked for the 3 or 4 first dabs I did the day I bought it but now its doing this. I never dropped it or anything, its been very well taken care of. Is it just broken? Can I fix it or am I doing something wrong? Do you think they would trade me or give me store credit or something if I bring it back and show it to them without the receipt?
