This is my second grow right now they are in a 8x4 tent with a 1000watt mh light and this is about a month and a half into veg. I started veg under t5 lights so they arent as big as they should be but they are growing bigger by the day since I switched them. That's a cool second grow. Nothing like hitting the ground running, you have got a lot of work ahead of you but nice solid plan. Btw how are you keeping up with their temps, ph, and ppm. Seems like a large amount of buckets to control heh.
Thank u It is a lot to control but that's what happens when your unprepared and have to spend more money on other things. We just do it one bucket at a time and takes hours to get everything adjusted with nutes and ph. I haven't paid any attention to the ppm yet cuz everything has been going good so far.we were suppose to have the other tent set up by now but waiting for someone to clean up the space for it. Yeah heh, think you went head over heels I bet that takes along time. Keep in mind ph will flux. For your one droopy plant, I would check its roots make sure still healthy. Your water needs to be between 60-70f or you'll have some issues with Dwc. Remember hotter the water the less oxygen it can hold, and that's very important in dwc. I would def check ppm I come to see what is recommended isn't not always best at all for plants (on their bottles). I run GH flora and I was using about 75% of what was recommended and it still was high putting me into 1200+ range of ppm. I also had issues with my ph dropping .5 of a point over night, I was fighting it for a while but I read more about it. Turns the plants was soakings up only the water leaving the nutes. So I pumped out a gallon and replaced the water in there got the ppm so down to 800 ph isn't fluxing as bad yet, but I still think I need to go lower with it. Just a few tips I don't do dwc, I am learning ebb and flow I liked that option over dwc. And this is just what I seen from using the nutes. But yes 100% I would get a ppm meter.
Man that droopy plant started out like that from the very beginning the roots look good and healthy. The water in the buckets is cool to the touch. I didn't know why she was looking like that but it seems all the new growth continues to look like that so I guess it a defect. So after a nute change yesterday day I got some discoloration on the leaves and some seem to be deteriorating and yellowing and turning brown didn't get to get a pic of it but does anyone know what that sounds like. just changed nutes after a 4 day flush and they loved that flush. also got some flower action going on. they are a week and a half into flower minus the 3 autos
