My Plant Has Very Little Leaf Growth

    One of my plants is doing excellent while the other has very little leaf growth and the lower branches seem to not grow at all

    Looks like bad light spectrum like you are growing under a regular light bulb.

    I'm using daylight 6500k cfl bulbs and the other plant is doing fine

    I have 4 t12 tubes that are 40 watts each 10,400 lumens also 2 19 watt cfls soft white 2600lumens and 2 16 watt daylight cfls 1600 lumens total 14,600 lumens
