You should never read other people's future for free because it angers the spirits. So what they do it just charge the person a dime. Or a nickel. A very small amount of money, as a symbol. Not as a mean to make money. I think they do like that because the reader doesn't want to be responsible for the future that has been read. Like, by taking money for reading, the reader makes the incident a 'business action', and therefore making it 'void'.
I would go to a psychic. I do believe that the majority of "psychics" that you see advertised are fake, but I also believe there is the rare person with some real ability to see the future
