My main colas/buds arent growing.

    So my plants are at week 4 of flower now and I'm having an issue with one of my plants. The main buds that reach the tallest are the smallest. I have good sized buds on lower and side branches tho... so I'm very confused on why this is happening. I use FF big bloom and tiger bloom my ph is at 5.5.     If you are in Soil..Watering PH should be between 6.2-6.8 for proper nutrient uptake.
