i don't know yet as I'm LSTing, On my first 6 grows i did a straight up grow and they got 3'1/2' tall never want that to happen again lol so don't know if it wasn't lst its probably 1'1/2' now if it wasn't so what would people recommend this is my first LST

I am curious as to how long people veg for/ main branches when LST before tossing into flower as well.
There are many factors that play into that question, 10 different growers could have 10 different right answers to that. How much height do you have to work with? Edit: I need to be more specific, what is the max height from the floor to your cool tube?
Well, I was just trying to help you work within your current setup. 400w cooltube means you should be able to get within 6 inches of the bulb, not the tube. Are you familiar with strain and how much it stretches? I had 5 seeds and each one grew a little differently, if yours is a clone then you should have an idea of how much it will stretch. If it's from seed then it's gonna be a little more of a guess. Yours looks like it's from seed, is it?
now now lol i love all input knolage is power i say, yes it is from seed and the last time the streched alot doubbled in size. now if yeild comes down to adding a 1/2' then i would do it ..... thats what i mean

I'm watching your LST video for tips, In the past I have pulled down branches but didn't tie them down. Looks like u have a bunch of plants how many will u flower at once?
hey ya i got more germanating to put some outside and the res there will be flowered inside i dont know how many i will be flowering yet at once but any insite would be greatly appresheated i am going to lst them all but been looking online to see how long i should veg for maxim yeld but cant find anything hum well it would depend on strain but lsting you can keep on tieing them down forever so any ideas guys would help me out thanks
