Ok so my friend just got caught twice in two weeks, and has gotten caught before. He asked what he will get and i honestly don't know. He was 16 when he first got caught and is now 17. He has 2 charges a while ago when he was 16 i think they were underage drinking and paraphenalia or posession. Two weeks ago he got posession with me and a friend. Yesterday he got caught again and had a pipe on him and a beer and got charged with both. I figure i'll be ok, but i'm wondering what u think he'll get.
Man its all good well at least in Georgia if your a juvenile caught for drinking. I got arrested 6 times in 2 months once for underage drinking back then. Nothing happened just got a slap on the wrist for all 6 times
