my first grow wit pics and sum questions

i planted 6 germed seeds in peatpots on the 15 of this month as of today 4 of them r standing straight and r up to 1" but the other 2 are 1/2" and hunched over 1 of the bent plants has yellow edges on its leaf has any 1 went tru this i would appreicate youe advice

why r these bent over is it because of the mircal grow organic choice soil im using

here is the lable from the soil bag can u tell me if it has the right stuff added for good growth please help i will hav pic as soon as i find sum battries 4 my cam how often do i water peatpots they seem to soak up water fast but i cant tell if dirt is still moist at the bottom between waterings i am using 2 100 watt sprial lights with about 2400 lumens apiece is this a good bulb can i use these bulbs 4 entire grow
