ok so the day is here! im soo glad ive not smoked... so i smoked for about 6 days... with a day or 2 in between... then lightly smoking.. ending tuesday the 3rd.... today is wednesday the 11th... so its been 8 days and ive been exercising some... drinking water.. today ive drinking quite a bit of some whater... gunna drink 2 more bottles... and i have a BCComplex vitamins to add yellow... its today in about 1.5 hrs... what u guys think??? its an ICUP urinalysis test...
