products called ph up and ph down correct ph imbalances, but your question doesnt make sense lol, alkaline implies its a basic solution, i.e. it has a ph greater than 7, as does your use of the phrase "too high" which would imply above 7, but hydrogen peroxide is acidic, i.e. has a ph less than 7 so that couldnt make it more alkaline.
