If you put the pot on a rack or milk crates it wont grow roots out of the bag. if you leave it sit on a wet spot it encourages the roots to grow out.

yes put a stop to it and get the air moving. and the trash bag is a cheap fix, you cant keep potting up forever.
I'll be on it I sprayed it also mixed a little dish soap in it read it would help it stick better. I don't have the $$ to keep re potting one plant even though I can use the pots in the future but not for multiple plants unless have one right behind the other time wise, it's a good fix for me should I still use the crate or rack?
