    Hello :)

I'm doing my first experiments in growing.
These are the details i dont have pictures because my camera has broken :(

    3x CFL 25 Watts
Hidroponic medium - I have 1 in foral foam and 2 in rockwool
    The seeds are bagseeds
3 plants finished germination (the first set of true leaves has apeared)

now the funny thing is that 2 of them are "normal", they are just like the baby ones that i've seen in posts everywhere.
the other one had 3 cotyleton instead of 2 and now the first set of leaves has also 3 leaves instead of 2.
the leaves themselfs have the same shape and colour as the other 2 plants, but 3 instead of 2 lol
    whats happening?
they all look healthy at least as far as i can tell by comparing with pictures on the web.

i'm going to allow it to grow for now, just curious about how can this be :)

i know i dont have enough light but for now i cant do better because of the setup, more lights would bring the temp a little too high... adding one or two more fans soon and more light too :)

  2. That is a mutant, probably genetic. Somewhat rare but happens often enough. The plant should be able to grow out fine, but potency might be affected.

  3. hehe ok, thanks for the reply :)

I'll try to get a camera to take that baby's picture :)
I'm curious to se how she turns out

  4. BTW, I believe that is called a whorled phyllotaxy...
