I'm about 99% sure that happened in Detroit, because my buddy was down there for a month or so and he was telling me about how that was on the news. It's funny how the cops like "I'm dead, I really think I'm dead" but when she asks if he has animals he says "yeah, dogs, i'll put them away and turn the lights on" ....amazing, hes so stoned hes dieing, but he is able to do that...what a joke.
