Its not close to any other houses. I will be growing in a box. My questions is how long do you think I should wait before I start my op. Ill be moving in Nov 15th. So should I wait till like the first month? See how the landlord works? make sure they dont make random drop bys?

Biggest concern would be landlord. If they live out of state or are just absentee basically, fuck it, go for it on the first. In my experiences, you won't have any problems. But better safe than sorry when it comes to growing.
I would just go ahead and start it. You'll learn the ways of the landlord long before they start smelling or are too big to hide, so if you wait you're just wasting time IMO.
