Moving indoors at night (to delay frost)?

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by jonas, Jul 18, 2009.

  1. Hi everyone. I've got 6 plants outside about 3 weeks old. My concern is that first frost will come before the plants are ready, probably by about two weeks. I have my plants in 5 gallon buckets so I was wondering if I can move the plants indoors at night during the last couple weeks? They would be in a garage with no artificial light but plenty of windows so as natural light cycle will not be interrupted if I don't move the plants outside at dawn. Plants are grown from bagseed which was some good brick, probably more on the sativa side. I'm in northern New England so will have early frost. Does this sound do-able?

    Thanks for the help!

  2. you get frost in august?!!!!?

  3. No, but I could get a frost anytime during september and where I don't know the strain (assuming it is more on the sativa side). I would assume that I'll be flowering well into late september, possibly early october.

  4. Anyone?
