    An action film where the entire thing is seen through the eyes of the main character.could be kinda animated realistically.would anyone watch that.

    As in an omnipotent telling, where he knows absolutely everything or just regular first person (thoughts, emotions, ideas etc..)

    Sounds like the picture would be jerky, since it's an "action" character.  Probably give me a headache.

    should be a movie about a bunch of different stoners all after the same bag but they dont know it

    Kinda like the film "Enter the Void" it was a bit boring but interesting,only with more action and twists

    hears an Idea ---> Create a movie using UDK and implement the oculous rift into it.
     
    So you can see though the eyes of the main character - but its a non playble game.
