most overrated bands

Van halen, mgmt, that's all I can think of at this moment

 

The Beatles win gold, silver and bronze with this one

Ridiculously overrated imo

and I love Zeppelin, but they are a bunch of thieves. Most of their entire first album was material they stole and claimed as their own

Well one, MW is a crossover-Thrash band and 2 because most Thrash bands are really talented

 

adding disturbed, godsmack, and slipknot to my list

 

Any of the B list bands like theory of a Deadman, five finger death punch, chevelle, ect

 

Probably already been said, but Nirvana. I like Nirvana, but if you think they would have gotten just as much recognition as they have if Kurt hadn't killed himself (or been killed), I'm going to have to disagree with you there. Nothing boosts record sales like death.

 

The Beatles, used to be my favorite band but I mean cmon. Gotta say Pink Floyd Is my favorite band now. Listen to all their stuff not just DSOTM!
