    WARNING: TLDR

Hey guys this is unlike anything I've seen on forums because most people claim they get creepy dreams and vivid dreams after quitting weed however, I smoked a joint the day this happened.

I thought this was happening in real life. The sleep paralysis I had featured me in my bed and I looked at my feet and I saw this ghostly little girl sitting right next to the foot of my bed and she would sort of blink closer and closer until she sat right next to my face. She looked at me with a blank stare. Her face terrified the living shit out of me, she had this ghostly scratched face that looked surprisingly old and wrinkled and she had this glowing ghost-like colour around her. (Picture a combination of the grudge chick the ring girl but younger, scarier with more blood.)
I managed to wake myself up though by shouting HOLY SHIT! out loud in my dream and before I knew it I must have been screaming the same phrase in real life. I really can't tell since the dream and real life were the exact same.

I smoked a pinner to myself 5 hours before going to sleep and it got me really stoned, probably because I have been smoking much much less than I used to. I often hammered down several joints a day but lately even half a joint is a nice amount. I've been smoking on and off a joint or single bowl every 2-6 days.

I have been having so many nightmares too but this was by far the most terrifying shit ever, when I woke up everything looked exactly the same with the absence of the ghostly child. I wasn't even satisfied with being awakeup because I thought some other creepy occurence would happen I still thought I was in the dream.  If this persists I may just stop smoking all together since I feel like shit today.

  2. LOL
Yeah I get that intense dream rebound after stopping as well. I once dreamt an entire morning waking up and having coffee and wakenbake and was 100% sure it was reality. When I woke, I was a little dissapponted so I had coffee and a wakenbake haha.

  3. One of my ex'es used to have these dreams, she seemed upset and scared of these dreams.

She said an old lady would sit on her chest preventing her from breathing. She couldn't tell me details about the looks, just that it was an old lady.

  4. Haha, could be worse. I always have dreams where I'm just sitting in my office watching porn and always wake up before I get around to jerking off.

  5. Poor you, I'd gladly trade my dreams with you, Hey maybe you might find my fucked up demon girl fappable. But in all seriousness it was fucked.

  6. op, I can relate almost precisely to what you say for your sleep paralysis.
the dead girl thing was the same for me but more faceless as a "death mask" that I called mine. Almost like the mask from the Jim Carey movie.
When it neared my face I was paralyzed with fright and shocked beyond all verbal belief, yet still dreaming feeling almost completely, utterly, helpless to wake up.
very frightening experience to under go whilst dreaming sweet dreams.

tl;dr Bed Bugs bite your toes?

  7. Thanks for the input, and yeah I normally don't make disclaimers but I grow tired of posts that say tldr because fuckheads are too stupid nowadays to not read a post if its too long for them.
