Lots of options with soil - do you want to go organic or not? Been covered exhaustively in past threads, use the SEARCH facility to find them. Good luck.
Nothing that says "time release fertilizers" or "moisture control." I stay away from Miracle Grow altogether since I don't like chemical fertilizers.
