More jobs?

  1. Well people are always crying over jobs, by making weed legal imo would make more jobs for thousands of people. Like in stores how they get the produce from farms. Well you can have cannabis farms and sell the product in stores all over.

  2. Personally, I don't believe that legalizing marijuana would create more jobs. I believe, rather, that it would create a shift in jobs. While there would certainly be an increase in agricultural jobs pertaining directly to the cultivation of commercial hemp and cannabis, it would also take a lot of jobs away from law enforcement, corrections, big pharma and just about every other major industry that would be impacted by legalization. Of course, I believe this to be a very good thing. My point here is that the continued prohibition of marijuana has an awful lot to do with maintaining the current status quo, which strongly favors corporations, the wealthy and the continued ramp-up of the police state.
