Monthly random drug tests?

    I was just hired at the best job I've gotten in my life, only to find out that they do random monthly swab tests. I heard they're really easy to pass and passed the pre employment one after not smoking for a week. I really don't want to give up smoking but don't know how to approach this. My shifts are Fri-Mon and have off Tuesday-Thursday. Before the job I smoked daily but since being hired I've hardly touched any weed. Can a daily user pass a swab test after smoking the night before? If not what's the best way I should approach this. If it comes to it, I will smoke Monday nights after work and possibly on Tuesdays then have the rest of the week for it to clear out of my system for the work week. Help?!

    Never taken a swab test but quick google search says you can pass within 12-24hrs. Not sure why you stopped smoking? Tue and Wednesday are your smoking days until you notice a pattern in the random swab test they give you.

    I stopped for that week cause I was paranoid about the pre employment test haha. I was sitting there with the swab in my mouth like damn I better pass this shit. But ya I guess I'll have to cut it down to 2 days a week until I learn the system. Maybe I'll ask around to some of the employees, see if they know anything lol

    You can probably get away with smoking right after work, that will give you more than 12 hours but do some research or wait on more replies. I only have experience with piss test which last upto a month so consider yourself lucky.

    Thing is .. I'll be working 10 hours shifts 7:30 am-5:30 pm it's still more than 12 hours but that seems like it's pushing it

    Drink Dr pepper before going to work. The bubbles do all the work of hiding your guilt.

    On a side note, if someone was at a job that randomly does piss tests what would be the best thing to do?

    Keep a quick fix synthetic urine kit in your desk/locker/car
    Warm up before giving sample.
