Moldy gummies

    What did I do wrong? After taking them out of the molds I left them on parchment paper for 24 hours to evaporate the water. After that I put them in a fairly cool room I’m a jar. A couple weeks later they’re covered in mold. He jar was opened almost daily for the first week.

    They should be refrigerated or frozen if not used quite soon after you make them ( I don't know if this is always necessary, but they would not have molded in the fridge). I'm so sorry, hope it wasn't a huge batch. Next time, refrigerate them.
