Molasses, ph, nutes? Confused on this one.

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by toilofday, May 22, 2010.

  1. Molasses and tiger bloom were fed to the girls 2 days ago, but now they are showing deficiencies.

3 show phosphorus die back and 2 of those 3 are showing nitrogen deficiency and purpling as well.

The leaves are a little stiff as well

Now, the ph is correct for the strain, the lighting is correct, the heat is 2 degrees high 80 F (so no problem there), humidity is 30%.

the feeding was Ph balanced to 6.3
Soil ph tested at 6.3-6.5 (indicator solution dripped through on a white surface)

So what do I do? Flush? They are already to wet and need to dry out... so that's no good.

I needed nutrients to begin with, so I can neutralize them.

Ph is correct so it's not lockout by ph.....

    What DO I DO!?

  2. I've been thinking and I only have 3 options.

    1, flush with water
2, flush with a light nutrient solution
3, let them dry, hopefully balance out or not, then flush.

rechecked ph. It may be a touch low. 5.7-5.9

  3. Ph is way low. soil should be 6.5-6.7 to prevent lockouts
