MMJ In Vermont?!?!?

    I've heard that a new bill has been passed that allows for 4 new dispenseries to be opened in Vermont.

    Is it easy to obtain a card in Vermont like it is in Cali or Colorado?

    And does anyone know where these 4 stores will be opened?

    Ok so its almost half way thru 2012 and still no despensaries and no its not there are 100 medical patients and its fucking impossible to obtain a card.
