Misting the roots? hydroponics?

  1. Ok on a lot of hydroponic systems I have seen air bubbles used to add oxygen to the water that hits the roots. Well what about keeping your water level a little low and then hook a water pump up to a mister. The mister will be used to spray the roots there fore keeping them wet and oxygen rich. Would this work? What do you think?

  2. HIGH All, sure it would work..but the roots wouldn't take long to reach the solution and then they wouldn't need the misting. Bubble Buckets are so easy and cheap, should look into it.
