Last week I ordered 4 items, a dab carb silicone container, quartz banger with 45° and bong blaster bong cleaner starter kit. They never sent me a confirmation email or text but they took money from my account. They sent me tracking information but never an order confirmation as well and then when I got my order I was missing the bong cleaner and the quartz banger. My two main things I ordered!!! Anyway my question is how do I get this resolved their email system already screwed me over and didn’t give me what I asked for.
