    Milwaukee SM100 Smart pH Meter

    is this a good buy at $50 used?

    I got the pH meter by Milwaukee and it was a lot more than that. Waterproof tho.. Its a pH51..

    I'd pay that. the list price is $109.00

    Yep. I think the MSRP is something like $100 or $110. So that is a really sweet deal.

    also ..

    the guy im buying it from said
    he has a 150w sun system hps ballast for $80

    should i go ahead and pick that up while im at it?
    he doesnt have a bulb but im sure i can pick one up pretty cheap.
    and since your reading this (& believe i should get the ballast), what kind
    of hps bulb should i pick up? Thanks again for any and all advice. ill be picking up

    well i just picked up the 150w HPS ballast
    but didnt get the ph meter. come to find out
    it wasnt the one he advertised, and the one he
    showed me he wanted 90 for. i said forget it just give me
    the ballast. I bought it for 70. i plan on using it either on the 17th
    or mabey give veg an extra week and start flowering on the 24th.
    ill probably be only flowering one plant untill my white rhino babys catch up..
    .
    Now someone please give me some advise on which bulb to get. (150w HPS)
